What do you go by collectively?
- We go by The Astral Warriors, Astral, or just Tay. We all answer to the body's name.How should people refer to you?
- If safe, then addressing us individually is okay. If unsure who is fronting, then collectively is okay.What terms do you prefer for referring to yourselves as individuals, or as a group? Is there any other terminology for yourselves or aspects of your experience that you use and want people to know, or that you dislike and want people to avoid when talking about you?
-We refer to ourselves as most things besides "Alters", however if others refer to us as such we are okay with it.Who in your system are people most likely to interact with?
- Tay (they/she/fae), Raine (he/they), Elias (any pronouns), or Lance (he/him).Will people be interacting with any child members? How should they treat them? Is there anything they should know when interacting with them?
- It's not likely any child members will front, however if they do PLEASE do not be weird about it. Treat them as you would treat a child out in public.Are there any system members who are nonverbal or otherwise have difficulty communicating? What should others expect when speaking with them?
- We have a few non-verbal members, usually preferring to communicate through text.What should people do if they don't know who's at front?
- Either ask, or refer to us collectively.Is it okay for people to ask if they can talk to someone who isn't at front at the moment?
- We won't be offended if asked, however it won't be often that we can acquiesce. We CAN relay messages, however.If someone talks to one of you, will other system members be aware of the conversation? Will they be actively watching, or just able to remember it later?
- Eventually, most members will have memory of what happens in the front (to a degree). Some may listen in/watch what's happening in the front as well.Adding onto the above – if multiple system members will be aware of a conversation, will they want to chime in? If someone wants to speak to a system member one-on-one, what expectations can they have and how should they communicate this?
- Some members may want to chime into the conversation, but only if it's safe and okay with those involved.How out are you? What should people do when talking to people who don't know you're plural?
-Do you have any internal communication difficulties, memory issues, switch triggers, etc that others should be mindful of?Your stance on being asked questions?
- Most of us like answering questions! Anything too personal however we will refuse to answer. Everything else is fair game!Is there anything else others should know?
